Across spice extraction, dairy, CPG, seafood, and cold chain the bottlenecks rhymed: spec approvals that ate two days, sales requests that stalled in inboxes, and R&D locked in spreadsheets. We kept building the same fixes — computer vision for QC, predictive maintenance, smarter forecasting.
